Meet Jenny! Certified yoga instructor who you can find weekly teaching on the beaches of St Pete!
As a yoga instructor and retreat leader, her passion lies in bringing people together to share life-changing experiences.
Becoming vegan overnight after watching Forks Over Knives 12+ years ago, Jenny dropped 30+lbs in the process and obtained a newfound love for herself and all beings.
In addition to sharing her daily yoga classes at the retreat, Jenny will be guiding us through connecting and grounding experiences to help us connect more with each other and the beauty of Costa Rica.
Meet Coach Bryan, a certified personal trainer and nutrition coach who specializes in helping vegans around the world lose excess body fat, gain muscle mass and strength, and optimize their health for the long term.
As a vegan of 10 years, Bryan has been through it all! From junk food vegan, to whole foods plant-based, and everything in between, his experiences have allowed him to discover the true needs of vegans when it comes to health and nutrition.
Bryan will be sharing his strength and mobility classes, as well as teaching workshops on vegan nutrition, meal prepping, strength training, and muscle gain. It's his intention that you walk away from this retreat knowing EXACTLY what to do to become the healthiest and fittest vegan you can be!

NOPE!Knowing common Spanish words is helpful although many Costa Rican’s know basic english words too and there tend to be expats around who speak other languages such as english often too. You will do great!
We recommend that you only drink bottled or filtered water in the Caribbean side of Costa Rica where we will be and in general across the country. Water is provided at the retreat center.
You actually cannot flush toilet paper down the toilet as the plumbing system can’t handle it. The country's plumbing was never built to accommodate for excessive amount of toilet paper and, since many systems are septic or composting, you'll find 'toilet paper bins' in every toilet stall, all over the country. So…do the right thing…and pop it in the bin!
Yes, but it is always important to use common sense and travel in groups whenever possible and not leave valuables out of sight, such as on the beach when in the water. Crime does happen and it’s important to recognize that it’s a friendly country with beautiful people but like any place there are opportunities for dangerous things to happen, stay vigilant and aware!
