As a Certified Personal Trainer with the National Academy of Sports Medicine, I have the experience to help you achieve the body of your dreams. Focusing on losing fat, building lean muscle, and gaining strength and mobility, I will create fun, custom workouts for you to transform your body and the way you move.
All of your exercises will have a form video to go along with them in my app, where I show you detailed instructions on how to execute them with perfect form. In addition, you’ll also be able to send in video of you performing your exercises to receive form feedback.
Committing to a gym membership, a consistent workout schedule, and the right nutrition was always tough with the ups and downs of life, especially as I had been dealing with chronic back pain all throughout my 20s.
It turns out that the common fitness mindset of lifting weights at a gym just didn’t resonate with my holistic mind-body approach, and this all changed when I found bodyweight calisthenics workouts.
Working out with my bodyweight alone introduced me to countless exercises that built strength and mobility throughout my entire body, all while building more muscle and cutting body fat.
The transformation wasn’t just external, but internal as well. As I discovered that I could use bodyweight resistance training to relax my mind, relieve stress, and transmute internal emotions into external strength, I knew I had to share my passion with others.
Combining bodyweight resistance training with healthy, tasty, and nutritious plant foods then supercharged my results!
Working long hours sitting in front of the computer, ingesting way too much caffeine, and eating too many packaged and processed foods was making my body sluggish, tired, and overwhelmed.
I had dreamed of a lean and fit physique since high school, but often would only achieve it for maybe a month max, and then be pulled back into the stressful currents of life.
This all changed for me when I discovered proper nutrition, and whole plant based foods which were easy to cook and prepare, which energized my body, and which made it easy to get in all of my nutrition needs while easily shedding fat.
Excited by the results I saw with proper nutrition, I began seriously strength training with bodyweight exercises alone and transformed my body even more by adding more muscle to my frame, which then also helped me burn more fat and stay lean more easily.
This also brought an entire new level of mobility to my body, allowing me to move in more free ways than I ever had before.
To see the physical changes in my body, while also feeling lighter, stronger, more mobile, and less stressed has been a dream come true.
Not to mention that 10 years of chronic back pain is gone from moving my body through exercise and releasing my emotions.
And now I want all of this for YOU!
I know it’s difficult to change habits, especially when it comes to diet and exercise, but I’m here to make that process more fun and more simple. I have reached a point where I fully love working out, and this has a lot to do with my system and approach of using bodyweight resistance exercises and bands as opposed to weights.

By following my custom workout programming, nutrition, and habit guidelines, you can see progress and changes in as little as 1 month, with a much more noticeable transformation after 3-6 monts! My goal is to help you reach the 6 month mark of consistently working out and eating healthy, to prime you to stay on track for the rest of your life!
No! You can definitely still go to the gym, but I will design you a program that you can do at home, the office, at the local free park, or even when traveling. No gym is required, but it’s very helpful to have access to a pull up bar.
After we go through some performance and postural assessments, your individualized training program will be delivered to you through my training app which you will use to guide you through your workouts and track your results. You’ll also use this app to upload progress photos, send me form assessment videos, and to ask any questions you have!
Nope! I create 100% custom programs for my clients based on their specific goals, availability, and resources.
Nope! I will design a routine you can do at home without anything needed. If you have equipment, we can include it in!

You can still eat foods you’re used to, but if we want to make real changes physically and to your health, it’s best to try new foods from the plant kingdom which can fuel your heart, mind, and provide a slim waistline!
Yes! Nutrition is one of my favorite topics, and by working with me you’ll learn new info and skills about how the food you eat affects your energy, health, and body composition. These tools and mindsets will empower you to make beneficial food choices for the rest of your life.
All exercises will be tailored to your specific needs, but we will be focusing on bodyweight exercises based on fundamental movement patterns.We’ll work with exercises such as push ups, pull ups, squats, rows, and presses, as well as animal walks, using the force of our muscles as well as gravity and leverage to build strength and muscle, all modified with regressions and progressions to challenge you where you are while keeping you from injury.We’ll also utilize movements from yoga, qi gong, and primal movement to open up the body and create mobility through our joints.

I have multiple different payment options, but before discussing those, it’s best to make sure you’d be a great fit for my program.
