No! Actually the majority of my clients workout at home! I will design you a program that you can do at home, the office, at the local free park, or even when traveling. No gym is required, unless that your preference.

Yes! Nutrition is one of my favorite topics, and by working with me you’ll learn new info and skills about how the food you eat affects your energy, health, and body composition. These tools and mindsets will empower you to make beneficial food choices for the rest of your life.
All exercises will be tailored to your specific needs, but we will be focusing on bodyweight exercises based on fundamental movement patterns.We’ll work with exercises such as push ups, pull ups, squats, rows, and presses, as well as animal walks, using the force of our muscles as well as gravity and leverage to build strength and muscle, all modified with regressions and progressions to challenge you where you are while keeping you from injury.We’ll also utilize movements from yoga, qi gong, and primal movement to open up the body and create mobility through our joints.
